Wonderful property, has great and kind staff at customer service and front desk. Nice room plus with breakfast. Awesome and brilliant location, just next door to Food street. Walking distance to shops and local markets across the street.

New-fashioned rooms with extremely comfy beds, great value. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge — very useful. Marvellous location for Busan, just off different restaurants and the aquarium which is a nice stop for children.

The staff was excellent and extremely friendly, solved all problems we had. Location: the hotel was next to the market street, of course, and Haeundae subway which brings to Centrum City, Nampo and Jagalchi shopping areas and Gimhae Intl Airport. Btw, it was 900 feet from Haeundae Beach.

We had a great stay at Best Western Haeundae Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joon at the reception desk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

The Best Western Haeundae Hotel is worth its 4 stars. We truly enjoyed our stay in the king suite; it felt like a home away from home. During our stay, we discovered a restaurant called Star Kebap that was conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel. We ended up dining there several times.
